Non-autoclaved mass growing foaming concrete (GFC)


Growing foaming concrete is light cellular concrete. GFC has the following features:

  1. Material strength from 7 kgf to 70 kg f;
  2. Relative density from 400 kg/cub.m to 1600 kg/cub.m;
  3. Thermal conductivity ratio from 0,1 to 0,33 W/m2 degree;
  4. During the using of such material it expands in the volume of 2,5 – 5 times.

GFC has the following advantages as thermal insulation and sound protection material:
- high rate of building and construction works;
- low costs in comparison with traditional technologies;
- ingress of liquid GFC into interior spaces;
- high ecological material performance;
- fire-proof;
- sound protection;
- humidity resistance;
- lifetime;
- endurance;
- wide range of application in building construction, such as: roofs, walls and partitions, floors, foundation etc…

GFC is using in a wide range of building and construction works:

  1. screed coat of floor as thermal and noise insulation;
  2. roof;
  3. thermal insulation of pipeline;
  4. partitions.

Growing foaming concrete:

  1. density 350-500 kg/cub.m –  GFC applies as thermo building envelopes;
  2. density 600-900 kg/cub.m - Applicable for max. three-five floors of self-supporting walls. No limit on nonbearing walls
  3. density 900-1600 kg/cub.m – GFC can be used as building base and intermediate bottom

GFC complete with ECO-Board approved itself particularly within the re-building of buildings and front walls. The liquid phase of GFC penetrates all pot-holes, cracks and damages. After it GFC strengthens and rebuilds damaged parts of bearing walls and extends useful life of buildings.
GFC applies as fireproof material for assembled steel sections, reinforced-concrete stairs, paths of escape etc…
